TESTING, ASSESSMENT & APPRAISING
On completion of the end of tenancy specialist dilapidation surveys, Level Best arrange a series of intrusive and non-intrusive insitu testing, assessments and appraising to ascertain the performance of the existing slab.
The various insitu testing works provides the project team with valuable information required for the future speculative letting of the warehouse space. Level Best dilapidations arrange all the following testing, which when combined together in engagement with an engineering practice, allow for a full slab appraisal to be carried out and issued to the client.
- Coring
- Plate bearing load tests
- Ground penetrating radar surveys
- Measured building surveys
- Laboratory testing
- Flatness surveys in accordance with The Concrete Society’s TR34
Level Best dilapidation team can also arrange for TR34 compliant flatness surveys to be carried out to ascertain the existing floor class ranging from FM1-FM4. This specialist surveying is carried out in conjunction with The Concrete Society’s documentation. This provides the landlord and letting agent with critical maximum racking height information when speculatively marketing and letting the unit.
