Level Best Concrete Flooring has completed a 100,000 sq ft industrial warehouse floor refurbishment in Birmingham, West Midlands, delivering a cost-effective solution to restore the existing concrete floor and improve its appearance and performance.
The project commenced with a detailed floor slab assessment and technical review, allowing Level Best to identify existing defects and provide recommendations for the required reinstatement works.
Initial refurbishment works included the removal of metal fixing bolts, grinding out existing line markings and removing floor paint. These preparation works created a suitable surface for the next stage of the refurbishment process. The warehouse floor was then refurbished using the RenoFlor® grinding, polishing and sealing treatment system, providing a durable, hard-wearing finish while transforming the appearance of the existing concrete slab.
By refurbishing the existing floor rather than undertaking complete slab replacement, Level Best provided the client with an efficient solution for bringing the warehouse floor back into a serviceable condition, helping minimise disruption and avoid the costs associated with full floor replacement.
From initial floor surveys and technical assessments through to preparation, repair, grinding, polishing and sealing, Level Best can provide a complete refurbishment solution tailored to the condition and requirements of each floor.
