Level Best’s specialist dilapidation services commence with end of tenancy dilapidation surveys and reports. Surveys are conducted on completion of the previous tenant’s lease, or in some cases, whilst the outgoing tenant is still in occupation. All specialist dilapidation surveys are completed by one of Level Best’s experienced floor surveyors.

The specialist survey gives Level Best the opportunity to ascertain the existing condition of the floor. The survey assess all insitu concrete floor defects ranging from previous tenant installed; racking and fixing bolts, demarcations and line marking. Other typical industrial warehouse defects are quantified such as concrete floor joint repairs, crack repairs and existing floor cleaning, polishing and sealing.

On completion of the end of tenancy dilapidation survey, a report is produced and issued to the Landlord, Client, Agent and other members of the project team. The report summarises the insitu condition of the floor slab, specifies ideal repair solutions and quantifies the number of repairs required. Specifications can be tailored to meet environmental targets, budgets and timescales with a range of floor repair solutions available.
