Yorkshire-based Level Best Dilapidations have recently completed a major 150,000 square foot refurbishment project on Prologis Park in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire.
Following the completion of the previous tenant’s occupation, Level Best’s Dilapidation floor representatives attended site to complete a specialist end of tenancy dilapidation survey. This survey gives Level Best the opportunity to assess the condition of the floor following the previous tenancy and report back to the project team, recommending the most ideal, specialist repair solutions required for the situation. Repair recommendations can be tailored to suit Client budgets, programmes and incoming tenancy.
On this specific project in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire the previous tenant’s high-end operations preserved the quality and structural capacity of the floor surface, resulting in a more reduced schedule of repairs which was picked up and report by Level Best during the dilapidation survey. Repairs such as; line marking planetary removal, dock leveller concrete surface epoxy repairs and specialist external concrete hardstanding repairs were completed. Repairs are completed
On completion of the specialist repairs in Warwickshire, Level Best completed an industrial concrete floor clean, polish and seal. With the building been less than 10 years old and constructed utilising modern concrete floor installation machinery and curing regimes, Level Best tailored the final finish to accommodate an already higher-quality insitu surface. This specialist tailored industrial repair option was provided as an option following the end of tenancy dilapidation survey, more than six months prior.
