Jon Wilcox

Managing Director

Jon Wilcox has a wealth of experience within the concrete flooring world. Jon started life as a concrete operative working for a local building contractor C R Booth from Beverley. Whilst working on site Jon attended Leeds College of Building studying concrete technology. Following valuable site experience Jon went to work for Tarmac Topmix in various different departments including sales and technical. After 10 years working for a concrete supplier Jon joined a leading international design and build flooring contractor producing steel fibre jointless reinforced concrete floors. In May 2017 Jon started the new company Level Best Concrete Flooring Limited which specialises in innovative concrete flooring systems. One of Jon’s primary roles, is to ensure that Level best remain at the top of their game by researching new developments and technology within the industrial concrete flooring world.

Luke Morrow

Construction Director

Luke Morrow the companies Contracts Director is a true concrete man and his dedication to the business is outstanding. Luke was introduced into concrete flooring straight from school through family and friends and has not looked back since. Starting life working on site for a medium sized concrete flooring contractor, Luke worked with Jon at a previous concrete flooring company. Luke’s ability and knowledge enables him to operate and manage every single activity within the concrete flooring contractor’s processes. Luke is in overall control of all of Level Best’s concrete flooring contracts, site staff and ensuring our customers are left with an end product constructed to an exceptional standard.

Adam Brown

Senior Estimator

Adam Brown is a diligent and dynamic individual who has grasped the concept of concrete floor contracting very quickly. After spending time in various roles, Adam went on to estimate contracts for a specialist contractor based in Lincoln. From there Adam worked with Jon at a locally based concrete flooring contractor. Adam started with Level Best Concrete Flooring Limited almost from conception and manages the tendering and estimating of all new concrete flooring enquiries. Adam is also responsible for the quantity surveying within the company.

Chris Wood

Chris Wood is a fully qualified accountant and runs the payroll, mangement accounts and purchase ledger systems for Level Best Concrete Flooring. Chris is an invaluable member of the team and he benefits the business massively with his skills, knowledge and ability. Chris also looks after the concrete flooring contractor’s staff contracts and is fully conversant in the latest employment law.

Matthew Lill

Business Development Manager

Matt joins Level Best after taking a degree in civil and structural engineering. Matt’s role within the concrete floor contracting company is to promote the companies services to new customers, particularly the Floor Renovation System and the steel fibre and steel mesh reinforced “Combislab” systems.

Simon Rabone

Commercial director

Simon Rabone has vast experience in the industrial concrete flooring sector having started his career in the late 90s at Stuart’s Industrial Flooring before joining a leading international concrete flooring contractor where he crossed paths with Level Best’s Managing Director Jon Wilcox. Simon brings with him a wealth of experience in the design and construction of steel fibre reinforced industrial concrete floors within the industrial, warehouse and logistic industries.

Kiah McCarthy

Production assistant

Kiah provides key support for the Production Department at Level Best Concrete Flooring. Kiah plays an integral role in ensuring the health and safety files are kept up to date, and customers are given the correct information and drawings both during and after the projects commence.

Tanya Ehlers

Project Co-ordinator

Tanya is an extremely valued member of the team, based at our Goole office. Tanya oversees the company’s procurement, Sourcing, Negotiating, and purchasing of all goods needed to carry out our projects here at Level Best Concrete Flooring. She also ensures relationships with our suppliers are well maintained. Tanya has the skills to be able to guarantee all works are carried out efficiently and on time.

Sam Wilcox

Sam joins Level Best after having 4 years experience working within the construction industry carrying out various roles on behalf of Caddick Construction. Sam's role at Level Best will be to assist the production department in organising the vehicle and logistics movements from site to site on a daily basis. This will also include the movement and servicing for the vast range of concrete flooring equipment at Level Best.

Poppy Bake

Credit Controller & Marketing Assistant

Poppy has embraced the Level Best way of working with ease. Now leading the credit control department, she ensures financial stability while also managing client retentions. Her expanding role in marketing allows her to align communication strategies with financial and client engagement goals, creating a cohesive approach to business growth for Level Best Concrete Flooring.

Matthew Quinn

Matthew joined Level Best as a trainee estimator, supporting our commercial department with tenders for both new industrial concrete floors and the renovation of existing warehouse slabs. Since then, he’s progressed to the role of Assistant Estimator, bringing dedication and a growing depth of knowledge to every project. He plays a key role in promoting our innovative Renoflor concrete polishing system, helping clients understand its benefits and applications. Alongside his day-to-day responsibilities, Matthew is actively working toward his professional estimator qualification, further strengthening his expertise in the field. We’re proud to have Matthew on the team his enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to learning make him a valuable asset to Level Best.

Megan Scott

Megan is Level Best’s first ever finance assistant apprentice, as the newest member of our team, we are extremely excited to see her growth within the company. Megan supports the day to day financial operations including expense tracking, budget monitoring and so much more. She'll be gaining a hands on experience with accounting software and financial reporting, all while working towards her professional qualifications. Megan is already making a positive impact, and her apprenticeship marks a new chapter in our story. We would like to wish Megan a warm welcome to Level Best.
