When an existing client came to us and asked for a new external concrete hardstanding for his busy haulage yard he was pleasantly surprised to learn that at Level Best Concrete Flooring we have the skills and knowledge to carry out the full package from crushing his existing concrete, installing new drainage system, laying of the sub base and final concreting of the new yard itself.
The mobile crusher was taken to site and crushed the existing waste concrete to create a suitable material fit for the new sub base installed to the correct falls in advance of the high strength concrete mix to be laid to a pan finish.
The entire project took, one week for all the crushing and movement of the recycled concrete, 7 days to install drainage and form the sub base hardstanding and two days to install the concrete slabs. With the client impressed with the speed, safety and competitive pricing of the concrete flooring works, there is already another project booked in for next years budgets to carry out an extension in 2026.
