Warehouse floor restore and re-seal project at Plot E1, Danes Way, Rugby, DIRFT

The former EV Cargo warehouse located on the outskirts of Rugby in Warwickshire has seen the warehouse floor completely refurbished and transformed into a sparkling new floor for incoming tenants Marks & Spencer. The cold store is 19,500m2 in size and has taken Level Best Concrete Flooring 3 months to carry out the flooring works to the internal warehouse floor:

  • Racking bolt removal. Core drill out the existing bolts and fill with hard wearing and structurally sound repair compound and re-seal.
  • Crack repairs. Remove debris from existing cracks, weld crack together to form structurally sound repair
  • Tyre mark removal. Micro grind the floor to remove all remnants of trye marks from previous tenant.  
  • Floor re-seal. Apply floor sealer to improve lifespan of concrete surface
  • Line marking removal – Remove all line marking without etching or scarring the floor
