Level Best Concrete Flooring has successfully completed a warehouse floor renovation in West Yorkshire, delivering a fast-track industrial refurbishment project in South Elmsall.
Mobilising from East Yorkshire, Level Best made the short journey to South Elmsall to complete the concrete floor renovation in just five working days. Careful project planning and specialist repair techniques ensured minimal disruption to the client’s operations while restoring the performance and durability of the existing warehouse slab.
The industrial refurbishment project focused on extending the lifespan of the existing concrete floor rather than full replacement, a cost-effective and sustainable solution.
Works included:
- Surface crack repairs to stabilise structural movement and prevent further deterioration
- Joint arris breakdown repairs to restore damaged slab joints in high-traffic areas
- Concrete surface repairs to address spalling and worn sections of the warehouse floor
These specialist repair methods reinstated the floor’s strength and safety, preparing it for heavy forklift and operational traffic.
A key element of this warehouse floor renovation, was restoring the original powerfloat surface finish. Level Best utilised its advanced RenoFlor restoration treatment system to rejuvenate the concrete surface.
The RenoFlor system enhances abrasion resistance, reduces dusting, and restores the aesthetic appearance of powerfloated concrete, delivering a durable, long-lasting finish without the need for full slab replacement.
Following the successful completion of this project in, Level Best will shortly commence further industrial floor renovation projects in Bedford, Milton Keynes and Birmingham.
Level Best continues to provide specialist warehouse floor renovation in West Yorkshire and across the UK, delivering efficient, high-performance concrete refurbishment solutions tailored to industrial environments.
