Level Best’s polishing team will be mobilising to Watford, Hertfordshire to carry out approximately 50,000 sq ft of industrial floor slab polishing as part of an end of tenancy dilapidation prior to the unit going back onto the Hertfordshire mixed-use light industrial and commercial markets. Level Best has been working closely with the Client’s project manager to assess the slab and develop the right polishing solution.
The actual concrete polishing system being demonstrated in Watford, Hertfordshire is a highly complex process involving specialist equipment, resource and products. The final finished slab, which will be posted on this site at a later date, will be highly polished, easy-maintain, easy clean and dust-free for the building owner and incoming future tenant.
Yorkshire-based Level Best Concrete Flooring are also working on similar end of tenancy dilapidation and refurbishment projects in London, Northamptonshire and Team Valley in the North-East. The specialist slab polishing contractor will be fully polishing all the slab alongside an array of concrete floor slab repairs.
