This massive warehouse in Warrington required some floor grinding in the cold store to bring the floor to the correct flatness tolerance. Level Best Concrete Flooring the floor remediation specialists was contracted to provide the floor within the cold store section of the warehouse to the flatness standard of FM2 as per TR34 concrete society. These works were carried out by firstly assessing the current flatness standard of the floor and subsequently grinding down the high spots within the warehouse to bring the floor within the tolerance required. The works took a total of four days to carry out including the initial survey and were completed to the full satisfaction of the client.
