Level Best Concrete Flooring has been selected by a repeat Client and Contractor to carry out the concrete flooring refurbishment works on a trade park in Elstree, Hertfordshire. Level Best were selected following successful completion of similar concrete flooring dilapidation works on a refurbishment contract on an industrial estate in Park Royal, West London last year.
A dilapidation survey was carried out by one of Level Best’s floor surveyors at tender stage to ascertain exact repair quantities for both the internal industrial floor slab and also for external service yard repairs. Level Best has now mobilised to site to commence the works. The first concrete flooring repair item to be carried out will be racking bolt removal, Level Best will core drill and fill approximately 750 previous tenant installed racking bolts before moving onto other dilapidation concrete flooring works such as resealing of sawn induced joints to prevent further joint arris breakdown and concrete floor patch repairs to localised areas of damaged concrete. Once all repair items have been dealt with, a multi-stage clean, polish and seal system will be carried out to the concrete floor in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
