Level Best Concrete Flooring has recently carried out the warehouse clean, polish and seal Floor Renovation System to this existing warehouse in Ellstree, London, Hertfordshire. The warehouse was 10,000 square feet in size and the entire floor renovation works were carried out within one week on site.

Level Best Concrete Flooring carried out the core bolt repairs from the removal of the racking, the removal of the line marking and the repairs to the floor and the level access doorways, which had broken down under heavy trafficking. There were also a number of crack repairs which Level Best used Fosroc non-shrink epoxy resins to weld the cracks together and provide a structurally sound warehouse concrete floor slab.

Following the completion of the floor repairs the vigorous concrete floor polishing system was then carried out. This 6-stage process includes the application of a floor densifier increasing structural integrity, abrasion resistance and anti-slip capacity of the concrete floor. A sealer is then applied leaving a dust-proof, easy-clean and shiny concrete floor surface.
