Warehouse concrete flooring joint repairs in Norwich, Norfolk

This high bay warehouse located on the outskirts of Norwich had damaged floors joints in main fork lift routes. Level Best floor surveyors were called in to carry out a dilapidation survey to inspect the damaged joints and put forward a floor joint repair design.

The works were carried out during normal working hours in the live distribution centre, with Level Best operatives cordoning off the working areas to make safe. The damaged joints were replaced using a permanent steel construction joint and high strength concrete to allow early trafficking of the joints after just 48 hours. Ensuring these dilapidation works did not effect production and output schedules in Norwich, Norfolk.
