Floor Renovation System carried out at Mayfield Trading Estate, Reading, Berkshire

With the previous tenant recently vacating the warehouse, Level Best were contracted to fully renovate the slab – leaving it looking new, presentable, clean, dust proof, sealed and structurally sound – making it more appealing for potential future tenants of the warehouse. This warehouse in Reading required a variety of minor remedial works prior to the actual Floor Renovation System (FRS) polishing. Remedials such as; racking bolt removal and repair, grinding specific high points smooth, crack repair, joint repair and line marking removal. More extensive remedial works can be required dependent upon age, condition and future service of the concrete floor slab. Once all repairs are carried out and ground smooth, the FRS, involving the application of a densifier and sealer, can be carried out to the client’s specification and in line with the manufacturers recommendations.
