Following the full design, supply and construction of this concrete floor approximately 4-weeks ago (see here), Level Best has remobilised to site to carry out the high-specification 6-stage concrete floor clean, polish and seal system on behalf of this new client in Tamworth, Staffordshire. The 6-stage clean, seal and polish system commenced with a deep thorough clean of the floor slab to remove any dirt, grime and microscopic roughness. The system then progresses through with the application of two powerful components – a densifier and a sealer – which are both worked into the surface of the concrete utilising ride-on and hand-held power trowels. The densifier increases the structural integrity and abrasion capacity of the floor whilst the sealer seals the floor leaving an aesthetic dust-proof easy-clean surface.
