New warehouse floor dilapidation project for Level Best in Hemel Hempstead

Level Best Concrete Flooring the concrete floor refurbishment contractors has won another sizeable contract to refurbish this existing 17,000m2 warehouse floor in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The floor renovation scheme commences late February 2024 and will see the Level Best teams remove 7,000 racking bolt fixings, repair the pre cast dock leveller walls, fully clean, renovate and polish the entire floor slab area, repair the floor cracks, re – seal the construction joints and saw cut joints and repair impact damage patch repairs. The project will take approximately 9 weeks to carry out including removing and replacing sections of the external concrete yard and hardstandings, which are currently beyond repair.

Level Best carried out the initial floor survey in June which helped the clients agent agree the full dilapidation schedule along with the exiting tenant. Once the iTunes were agreed and the tenant moved out of the building to their new premises, contracts were placed and the programme requirements confirmed.

Level Best floor surveyors travel nationwide surveying existing warehouse concrete floor slabs and providing reports and costs to surveyors, clients agents and building owners. If you would like to understand more information about how Level Best can assist you throughout the dilapidation process, then please call one of friendly floor surveying team members on 01405 819199 or simply e mail your details through to enquiries@levelbestconcreteflooring.co.uk
