Following the specialist end of tenancy dilapidation survey, Level Best’s Dilapidation team advised on the condition of this warehouse floor located on Centenary Park in Salford, Greater Manchester. The advise was issued in the form of a report and included all existing defects in the floor following the previous tenant’s occupation.
The dilapidation report progresses onto a series of specialist floor recommendation based on the insitu condition of the slab, the landlord’s budget, the dilapidation process and the “turnaround time” for this industrial refurbishment project in Greater Manchester.
Works in Salford, Greater Manchester will include racking bolt removal works and industrial infilling, shrinkage surface crack repairs, previous tenant installed line marking and floor demarcation removals and existing steel armoured joint cleaning out and resealing. All these works will bring the floor back to a serviceable and operational state, providing the landlord and incoming tenants with a robust warehouse floor space.
Works will complete in three weeks’ time in the North-West with a final full clean, polish and seal system – a system designed to improve the concrete structural and abrasion resistance whilst improving dust-proofing and floor aesthetics. This system reduces life cycle costs for all involved in the unit down from the Landlord to future incoming and outgoing tenants.
