Yorkshire-based industrial concrete floor specialists Level Best Concrete Flooring are due to commence a major 250,000 square foot warehouse floor renovation project in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Scope of works will commence with the full depth removal of three sections of existing defective warehouse floor following the previous tenant’s occupancy. These three areas total 9,000 square metres and will be reinstated utilising a modern large bay flood pour laser screed techniques, to a tolerance of FM2 as per The Concrete Society’s TR34 guidance document.
The remaining scope of works will be dovetailed into the principal contractor’s 32-week programme and will involve; full depth racking/fixing bolt removal, warehouse floor line marking removal and “RenoFlor” concrete floor cleaning, micro-grinding and sealing.
