Major dilapidation scheme completed at the start of 2021

Today marks six months to the day since Yorkshire-based Level Best Concrete Flooring handed over a major dilapidation scheme in Avonmouth, Bristol for a repeat Client and Contractor.

Level Best completed a 28,000m² refurbishment contract in Avonmouth, Bristol on behalf of one of the UK’s largest modern logistics and distribution property owners and also a leading West-Midlands-based principle contractor who specialise in major dilapidation and refurbishment schemes. This was the fourth refurbishment scheme Level Best has successfully carried out on behalf of the West-Midlands-based contractor.

The contract was onsite for six months starting in the summer of 2020 and running through until January 2021. This extended site period was an opportunity for Level Best to showcase their full array of concrete flooring dilapidation works and services.
