Level Best continue to grind away in the East Midlands

Level Best Concrete Flooring are nearing the end of the industrial specialist’s latest major warehouse floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair scheme in Leicester, East Midlands.

The final scope of works in the East Midlands involves the cleaning, polishing and resealing of the existing warehouse floor adopting Level Best’s very own innovative ‘RenoFlor’ warehouse floor micro-grinding solution.

There is approximately 25,000 square metres of existing warehouse floor to clean, polish and seal prior to the large-scale commercial unit commencing its next industrial lease. The RenoFlor system not only improves serviceability, limits future maintenance, and reduces life cycle costs, it also enhances the aesthetics and appearance of the warehouse floor, leaving the unit more appealing to prospective new tenants.

The 25,000 square metre existing warehouse floor will be renovated over a four-week period prior the main contract practical completion. Other associated works such as isolated internal and external floor repairs have also been completed by Level Best’s specialist Floor Repair Division.
