- Speke, Merseyside – removal of previous tenant installed line markings, floor paints and demarcations providing a safe “blank canvas” warehouse floor space suitable for speculative letting.
All floor renovation projects start with a end of tenancy survey conducted by one of Level Best’s floor surveyors. This inspection gives Level Best the opportunity to review the existing condition of the slab, understand the problematics areas and draft a repair specification tailored to the project budget, programme and expectations.
