Industrial Refurbishment Completes in Bedfordshire

Level Best Concrete Flooring has successfully completed a major industrial refurbishment project in Bedfordshire, delivering a comprehensive concrete flooring solution for a large-scale warehouse facility in Bedford. The scheme provided an excellent opportunity for Level Best to showcase the full range of its specialist concrete flooring services across both internal and external areas.

As part of the refurbishment works, 7,000m² of external concrete yard was carefully repaired, restoring durability and performance to a critical operational space. These repairs were carried out to extend the lifespan of the yard while minimising disruption to site activities.

Internally, 10,000m² of existing warehouse floor was professionally cleaned, polished, and sealed, significantly improving surface performance, appearance, and ease of maintenance. The polished concrete finish also enhanced light reflectivity within the warehouse, supporting a more efficient working environment.

In addition to refurbishment works, Level Best installed 2,000m² of new internal concrete slab constructed to TR34 FM2 warehouse specification. This high-tolerance industrial concrete floor was designed to meet the demands of modern warehouse operations, providing excellent flatness, strength, and long-term reliability.
