Industrial refurbishment experts Level Best Concrete Flooring are making great progress on their latest industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair project in Park Royal, London.
Approximately 500 previous tenant installed racking and fixing bolts have been removed full depth utilising the core drilling and reinstatement method. Previous tenant installed line marking, floor paint, floor resin and demarcations have been removed through one of Level Best’s many floor grinding solutions.
Level Best have now commenced with the most onerous of concrete floor repair and enhancement work, the full depth installation of a steel armoured construction joint. During the initial upfront dilapidation survey, Level Best’s floor surveyors noted the existing defective and broken down condition of the ain construction joint running through the centre of the building. Due to the nature of the joint, a traditional unarmoured construction joint, excessive joint arris breakdown had occurred and load transfer had been lost. Level Best proposed the full depth installation of a steel armoured construction joint providing confidence and future proofing for the warehouse floors next 20+ years.
All concrete floor repairs are carried out with the aim of providing the “blank canvas” solution for the building owner, client and potential incoming tenants in this industrial warehouse facility on Park Royal Industrial Estate, London. All solutions are carried out to negate the ongoing decorative liability attached to traditional concrete floor refurbishment solutions which have now been superseded by modern solutions being rolled out regularly by Level Best.
