The UK’s leading industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment, and repair specialist, Yorkshire-based Level Best Concrete Flooring, has secured a project on Gallagher Trade Park in Coventry, West Midlands on behalf of another new client, building surveyor, and principal contractor.
The works in Coventry, West Midlands will be phased to suit the main contract programme with a variety of concrete floor slab repairs due to be completed by the Yorkshire-based industrial specialist. Previous tenant installed fixing bolts and line marking floor paint are due to be removed initially with subsequent floor repairs and a final clean, polish, and seal closing the project out.

The project will be started on completion of similar industrial dilapidation projects the specialist has ongoing in West London, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Team Valley Gateshead and West Yorkshire.
