Industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair experts Level Best Concrete Flooring has successfully completed their latest renovation project in the country’s capital city.
Level Best Concrete Flooring has been working on behalf of a repeat Landlord and Client’s Agent producing another concrete floor repair and refurbishment transformation, providing the incoming tenant with a maintenance-free, easy-clean and heavy-duty floor slab surface for the extent of their tenancy in Park Royal, London.
The first phase of works commenced with the floor slab remedials. This include numerous concrete floor repairs such as; previous tenant installed fixing bolt full depth removal, full depth heavy-duty joint replacement and reinstatement, floor paint, line marking and demarcation removal and a variety of
localised floor slab crack and surface patch repairs.
Level Best’s production team worked closely with the main contract as to organise the sequencing of works in Park Royal, London accurately. Level Best Dilapidations split the works over two phases as to not disrupt other contractors onsite and to maintain programme throughout.
Level Best Concrete Flooring then returned to site in London to carry out the final clean, polish and seal system. This system involves a multi-stage floor treatment process being carried out to the slab surface throughout the full building footprint. Level Best recommend this element of work is carried out at the very end of the project prior to main contract handover and the new tenant commencing their tenancy.
On completion of this industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair project, Level Best will be mobilising back to Crick, Northamptonshire to carry out the final floor slab clean, polish and seal scope of works for another Landlord, Client and end-user.
Ensuring the exact remediation strategy is implemented and method of repairs specified is crucial to providing all parties with a long-term suitable industrial warehousing platform. Level Best insist to all their customers that an initial dilapidation survey is carried out to ensure the final product meets and exceeds all expectations.
