Yorkshire-based Level Best Concrete Flooring will be carrying out a multitude of industrial warehouse concrete flooring projects across the United Kingdom in the month of May 2022.
The specialist flooring contractor will be assisting landlords, clients, facilities manager and building surveyors with a wide range of industrial concrete floor dilapidation surveying and reporting. Assisting landlords with their specialist concrete flooring requirements.
Level Best will also be working alongside Client’s Agents and building contractors on existing concrete floor repair projects, all of which are stated below.
- In-situ slab coring, plate testing and laboratory testing to ascertain existing slab conditions in Worcester, West Midlands
- Racking and fixing full depth removal via diamond drilling techniques and infilling alongside engineered localised joint arris breakdown and concrete slab patch repairs in Crick, Northamptonshire.
- External full depth slab removal and reinstatement to defective service yard concrete in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
- Returning to Park Royal, London to carry out existing slab cleaning, polishing, and sealing for a repeat agent prior to building and project handover to landlord in advance of new tenant moving in.
- In-situ slab coring and testing in Coventry, West Midlands following completion of previous tenant’s lease to ascertain slab specification.
- Industrial floor clean cleaning, polishing, and sealing floor renovation system in Crick, Northamptonshire on completion of concrete floor repairs.
All Level Best’s floor refurbishment and repair projects commence with an initial dilapidation survey. This is critical in ensuring the correct floor slab remedial solution is specified providing the building landlord, client, and incoming tenant with comfort that their logistical operations can achieve the requirements output minimising downtime.
