Level Best’s specialist floor renovation teams are busy working throughout the country on a variety of warehouse dilapidation, refurbishment and repair schemes.
The pre-construction site inspection, surveying, and dilapidation report team, headed up by Technical Manager Simon Rabone, are busy assisting landlords, clients and building surveyors with specialist floor surveying and reporting, used to form dilapidation cases following lease endings and warehouse concrete floor repair specifications aimed to return the slabs to their pre-let base build conditions.
Site works are progressing well in Banbury, Oxfordshire with the specialist remote-control diamond grinding techniques in operation. This specialist concrete floor paint removal method was required due to the previous tenant’s extensive fit-out. Level Best pride themselves on “innovation in concrete flooring” hence the investment in the latest warehouse epoxy resin floor paint removal machinery.
Further site works are due to commence in Wolverhampton, West Midlands with Level Best’s specialist full depth slab saw cutting and slab excavation teams mobilising to site to remove approximately 9,000m2 of existing warehouse flooring. These works are to enable a new industrial concrete floor slab to be designed and installed by Level Best Concrete Flooring.
