Level Best Concrete Flooring are on the home straight in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, West Midlands on the latest warehouse floor renovation project with the final floor repairs completed.
An extensive removal and reinstatement of the existing dock levellers was undertook by Level Best. This was driven by the incoming tenant’s specific loading and unloading requirements not aligning with the existing site levels. Level Best removed the existing dock leveller slabs and reinstated new reinforced dock levellers. Retaining walls, backfilling and all drill and dowelling works were completed by Level Best.
Other areas of isolated warehouse floor concrete surface repairs were completed in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. These defects had been caused by the previous tenant’s operations causing the top section of concrete to spall and shallow voids created from impact damage. Level Best’s Renovation Team broke out the slab to a consistent depth, prepared and primed the areas and reinstated with a hard-wearing resin material suitable for all trafficking in an industrial environment.
