The first sequencing of concrete floor repair works has been completed on this light industrial and distribution centre near London in Watford, Hertfordshire. Industrial specialists Level Best Concrete Flooring from East-Yorkshire were engaged back in September 2021 to carry out a wide ranging scope of works.
To fit around main contract programme and sequencing, Level Best carried out all preparatory repair works first allowing the main contract programme to progress uninterrupted. These works included core drill racking bolt removal of approximately 3000 previous tenant installed racking fixings. Level Best’s concrete flooring repair operatives have also carried out other repair works on this dilapidation in Watford such as localised concrete floor patch repairs and infills following the removal of mezzanine columns and underside of slab services.
Level Best have now demobilised from Watford, Hertfordshire to two similar concrete floor repair, refurbishment and dilapidation schemes in Coventry, Warwickshire and Beeston, Nottingham. During this time the main contractor will commence with further dilapidation works with an unrestricted site. Level Best will be returning to Watford in December to carry the remainder of their scope of works, including line marking removal and the final clean, polish and seal floor renovation system.
