First phase of concrete floor repair works completed on Park Royal Industrial Estate, London

Yorkshire-based industrial concrete floor repair, refurbishment and dilapidation experts, Level Best Concrete Flooring, have now completed the first phase of concrete floor repair works as part of this end of tenancy industrial dilapidation project on Park Royal Industrial Estate in London.

The first phase of works commenced almost six months ago in London. The works commenced with a dilapidation survey being carried out on behalf of the Landlord, Client and industrial property agent. With Level Best providing specialist industrial concrete flooring advice alongside long-term floor repair solutions.

Other works successfully completed to date include; the full depth diamond core drilling removal and infilling of the previous tenant’s insitu fixing and racking bolts, full depth saw cutting removal of defective construction joint and adjacent spalled concrete and reinstating of a permanent steel armoured profile joint – Level Best’s full depth heavy-duty joint repair solution, grinding and removal of previous tenant installed paint, line marking and other demarcations.

Level Best’s industrial concrete floor repair team will now be mobilising to a major end of tenancy industrial dilapidation project in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Level Best will be returning to Park Royal, London once the main contractor has progressed other refurbishment trades to complete the final clean, polish and seal polishing works.
