Yorkshire-based refurbishment and dilapidation specialists Level Best Concrete Flooring has recently carried out the concrete flooring works as part of an overall industrial dilapidation project on Centennial Industrial Park, Elstree, Hertfordshire. The concrete floor preparatory repair dilapidation works involved; core drilling removal of previous tenant installed racking bolts, localised patch repairs of slab impact damage, removal of previous tenant installed line marking and floor demarcations and the resealing (picture below) of all sawn induced contraction joints, as the previous joint sealed has failed.
