Following the initial dilapidation survey and a thorough tender process, Level Best Concrete Flooring has been instructed to commence works on another industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair project. The project is located on Quadrant Park in the heart of Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The project will be completed on behalf of a repeat Landlord and repeat Building Surveyor and Managing Client’s Agent.
The first phase of works will commence late May 2022 and will involve the; full depth core drill removal of previous tenant installed fixing and racking bolts, removal of previous tenant installed demarcation, line marking and floor paint and finally a full depth joint removal and replacement, reinstating load-transfer and a steel armoured permanent insitu joint.
The second phase of industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair works in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire will be completed by late June 2022 prior to main contract handover. Works will involve the cleaning, removal of embedded slab soiling and tyre marking and final sealant ready for the new tenant’s lease.
