Yorkshire-based Level Best Concrete Flooring, the UK’s premier industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair contractor, has recently completed a mixed-use industrial and commercial refurbishment project in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
The works commenced initially with an upfront warehouse floor dilapidation survey. This specialist survey involves reviewing the exiting condition of the slab on behalf of the client, building surveyor and industrial property agent, following the end of the previous tenancy. Previous tenant installed items such as fixing and racking bolts are quantified, line marking and floor paint reviewed and final clean, polish and reseal expectations confirmed.
Level Best also demonstrated a specialist full depth joint removal and reinstatement on this dilapidation project in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This repair solution involves removing the existing defective joint, reinstating load-transfer for the incoming tenant’s internal processes and installing a steel armoured construction joint in a highly trafficked location adjacent to the level access doorways.
Level Best will now be mobilising to similar dilapidation, refurbishment and repair contracts in West London, Coventry, Milton Keynes and South Yorkshire demonstrating similar cocnrete floor repair solutions to a vast array of clients.
