Level Best are on programme carrying out a variety of concrete floor repair, refurbishment and dilapidations solutions as part of this major industrial warehousing project on Park Royal industrial estate in North London near Wembley.
The Yorkshire-based flooring contractor have been onsite since the start of February 2022, with the previous tenant vacating the industrial unit in London prior to Christmas 2021. Level Best repair, refurbishment and dilapidations have carried out a wide variety of repairs including the following, all pictured below:-
- Previous tenant installed fixing and racking bolt full depth diamond core drilling removal and reinstating.
- Full depth saw cutting enabling subsequent full depth joint replacement or full depth slab removal.
- Full depth heavy-duty joint replacement and reinstatement including steel armoured construction joint installation.
- Previous tenant installed paint, line marking and demarcation removal, including etching removal solutions.
The majority of the remaining repair works will continue for the next month in Park Royal, London before Level Best Refurbishment and Dilapidations mobilise to Crick, Northampton to commence a new refurbishment project for another repat client, carrying out very similar repair scope of works. Level Best will then be returning to Park Royal, North London to carry out the final clean, polish and seal prior to main contract handover.
All of Level Best’s industrial concrete floor repair, removal and refurbishment projects commence with an onsite dilapidation survey. This provides the Client with an opportunity to seek specialist industrial concrete flooring advice prior to any works commencing and in conjunction with project budgets.
