The 300,000 sq ft warehouse is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment ahead of a new tenancy, with Level Best appointed to carry out more than 300 individual concrete floor repairs.
The works will include repairs to existing concrete floor joints, surface damage and floor fixings, helping to restore the warehouse floor and prepare it for its next phase of operation.
With the warehouse refurbishment being carefully coordinated alongside the new racking installation, Level Best will complete the concrete floor repairs in phased sections. This approach allows the flooring works to dovetail with the racking fit-out programme, helping to minimise disruption and keep the wider refurbishment project moving efficiently.
