New Industrial Refurbishment Secured in Birmingham

Level Best Concrete Flooring has secured a major industrial refurbishment project in Tyseley, Birmingham, further strengthening its presence across the West Midlands industrial flooring sector.

The new contract involves the refurbishment of a 100,000-square-foot warehouse floor, with works focused on restoring the slab to a high standard for future operational use. As part of the project, Level Best will repair numerous redundant racking bolt locations scattered throughout the floor space and address a range of defective concrete issues to improve safety, durability, and overall floor performance.

The industrial concrete floor refurbishment is expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete. Once all repair works have been finalised, the floor will be enhanced using Level Best’s tailored RenoFlor® concrete polishing system. This specialist treatment will improve the floor’s appearance, increase surface durability, and deliver a low-maintenance finish suitable for demanding industrial environments.

The Birmingham project is one of several industrial refurbishment contracts currently being delivered by Level Best across the West Midlands during 2026. Alongside the Tyseley development, teams are actively working on warehouse and industrial flooring projects in Wolverhampton, Coventry, and Bromford Gate.

As demand for industrial concrete floor repairs and warehouse floor refurbishment continues to grow, Level Best remains a trusted contractor for businesses seeking cost-effective solutions that extend floor life, improve functionality, and prepare industrial facilities for future occupation.

This latest Birmingham refurbishment highlights Level Best’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality industrial flooring solutions throughout the United Kingdom.
