Level Best Concrete Flooring’s Floor Renovation Services goes from strength to strength with another dilapidation, refurbishment and repair scheme secured in Speke, Liverpool, North-West England.
The Yorkshire-based concrete flooring specialist will be mobilising to this 100,000 square foot site in Speke, Liverpool in June 2025 to commence a 12-week project involving internal and external concrete floor works, returning this 20 year old warehouse concrete floor back to its original pre-let base build condition, prior to the unit becoming occupied by a new Liverpool, north-West England warehouse, logistic or distribution industrial tenant.
Due to the continued growth of the Floor Renovation Services, Level Best are further investing in the latest innovative floor grinding, resurfacing and repair plant and machinery as well as employing additional site supervision and operational management to accommodate the increased growth, ensuring the Floor Renovation System, concrete floor repairs and accompanying ‘RenoFlor’ slab cleaning, polishing and sealing high standards are maintained for all clients, agents and contractors.
All Floor Renovation contracts commence with a specialist, site-specific investigation conducted by Level Best Pre-Construction site survey teams. These specialist site visits allow Level Best to determine floor slab structural capacities, repair requirements and cost and programme implications, required to return the warehouse floors back to their original pre-let base build condition. All works are surveyed, specified and carried out in accordance with The Concrete Society’s design and build and repair and maintenance guidance documentation.
