Level Best Renovations are nearing the end of the industrial concrete flooring specialist’s latest warehouse concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, West Midlands.
All warehouse concrete floor concrete repairs have been completed onsite by Level Best including the surface concrete flooring patch repair process photographed below. This process involves breaking down the concrete surface to structural sound concrete before reinstating a cementitious repair material, suitable for industrial and warehouse purposes, reducing future maintenance concerns and increasing serviceability.
Level Best have also completed full depth concrete floor slab removal and replacement works, involving the breaking out and concrete waste removal of existing defective structural slabs working in conjunction with a local Brimingham based concrete waste removal and recycling company. Structural slabs were reinstated with a full powerfloat finish provided.
RenoFlor works in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands have reached the halfway stage with approximately 5,000 square metres of industrial existing slab cleaned, polished and sealed. The remaining warehouse area will be ground, polished and sealed over the next week bringing to an end the Yorkshire-based industrial specialist’s latest major renovation project.
