Level Best Renovations have completed their first industrial warehouse floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair project in Lincolnshire, with the completion of this 25,000 square foot project in Stamford near Peterborough.
Level Best’s Floor Renovation Team were contacted by the landlord and principal contractor following the completion of the previous tenant’s lease. Level Best were requested to draft a repair specification ensuring this warehouse floor in Stamford, Lincolnshire would be returned to it’s pre-let base build original condition prior to the new tenant moving in.
A variety of warehouse floor repairs were completed such as full depth racking bolt removal and infilling alongside floor paint, line marking and demarcations removals. Perished steel armoured mastic joint sealant was replaced with suitable industrial grade mastic reducing future maintenance issues.
The slab was revitalised on completion with Level Best’s industrial ‘RenoFlor’ warehouse floor treatment system – a innovative system specified to return the warehouse floor back to it’s original state whilst improving appearance, functionality and serviceability.
The other major floor works completed in Stamford near Peterborough was previous tenant installed pit infills. Level Best worked in conjunction with a third party structural engineering practice to reinstate the pits with reinforced concrete ensuring the areas could be fully loaded like the adjacent slab by future tenants.
