Following an extensive dilapidation report from Level Best floor surveyors the full scope of works was agreed with landlord and exiting tenant and the floor repairs in Kettering commenced. This 160,000 square foot of warehouse ideally located on Prologis Park, Kettering is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in February 2024. Level Best’s scope of works for the floor repair package includes, replacing the construction joints within the aisles, floor bolt removal, patch repairs, crack repairs and floor surface treatment in the packaging and unloading areas of the Kettering warehouse.
