Level Best Concrete Flooring the floor slab dilapidation specialists has recently completed the renovation of the internal warehouse floor and external concrete yards at Boundary Way industrial estate Hemel Hempstead. The warehouse tenancy came up for renewal and the existing tenant involved in manufacturing decided to move out to a different location. The warehouse floor in Hemel was heavily stained with tyre marks and spillages and the floor polishing and renovation system used by Level Best brought the floor back to life.
The initial floor survey carried out by Level Best was incorporated into the dilapidation schedule and used for landlord and tenant to agree the final settlement figures. The floor refurbishment works included core drilling racking bolts, floor joint repairs, the removal of line marking, floor polishing and sealing and joint sealing.
