The warehouse floor surveying and dilapidation schedule team has been busy surveying two warehouse floors, following the end of tenancy agreement coming to an end. Level Best were initially contacted to carry out the survey of unit 2 as the tenant had vacated and then the landlord realised the tenant in unit 3 was shortly to leave and hence both units were surveyed.
