Industrial concrete floor dilapidation, refurbishment and repair specialist Yorkshire-based contractor Level Best Concrete Flooring are due to commence another floor repair project, this time in Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. The project will be completed on behalf of a repeat Client who Level Best have worked for previously and will continue to work for in the future. Level Best has also worked with the appointed main contractor from Tamworth, West Midlands.
Industrial concrete floor repair works are due to commence onsite in two weeks. The works will be split into two phases to suit the main contract build programme and handover date. The first phase of works in Milton Keynes will involve the following concrete repairs; full depth previous tenant installed fixing and racking bolt removal, line marking removal, floor paint and resin removal, surface joint repairs, heavy-duty industrial-grade joint repairs and a variety of crack repairs.
Level Best will then return to site in Buckinghamshire some months later to carry out the final floor clean, polish and seal alongside the resealing of all the construction joints. These works will be completed prior to the Client handover and incoming tenant’s tenancy starting.
As with all Level Best’s floor renovation contracts, an initial no-obligation specialist dilapidation survey is carried out on behalf of the Client, Client Agent, industrial property agent or building surveyor. This dilapidation survey provides all parties with an opportunity to gain specialist industrial concrete flooring repair advice. The survey also allows Level Best to quantify repairs quantities to provide budget costs and even carry out onsite samples and slab assessment works.
